Appocore website 2.2 — A faster foundation and a Changelog section
Two days in early August: the Appocore website moved to a newer foundation and got a place where the whole history of the product is written down.
The site is the same one you know, only faster. It now runs on Next 15, React 19 and Mantine 9, and the pages that shifted during the move — the top navigation, the hero images, the flags in the language switcher — were put back where they belong. You do not need to do anything; there is nothing new to learn.
The new part is the Changelog section. It holds the full history of the product, from the first alpha in 2022 to the current release, and every entry shows what it is about at a glance: the version, the part of the product it concerns (platform or website), the repositories it touched and, where it matters, the technology tags. Above the list there is a filter by type of update — everything, platform or website — so you can read only the news that concerns you.
One more fix is worth a line. Articles used to be picked in a single fixed language, which left the English version of the site with an empty list. They now follow the language the visitor has chosen, so the English site shows its own entries.
